Shift Happening Now.
The Shift.
Is the benchmark for success sustainable, when its focus is primarily on financial gain at any cost?
Organizations and societies across the world today are experiencing great imbalance. The masculine currently drives the operating model for accomplishment and success. This outdated operating model may prove effective in the near-term, only to hit a wall of impracticality, inefficiency and lesser quality in the longer-term. This continues to echo at an accelerated pace. The Divine Feminine is a critical component to balance the model for sustainability.
Large companies acquire smaller ones, either to eliminate competition or fuel the perception of their never-ending profitability. By-products of this benchmark produce lesser-quality products and services, reduce wages and support for workers and yield an alarming rate of waste.
On the flip side, smaller companies and startups experience increasing difficulty with gaining access to capital and resources. They compete with larger companies that resort to such fear-based behaviors as coercion and manipulation to maintain their status-quo. Ultimately at its root is the power of intention, and that intention shifts after achieving financial success.
